Telephone Counselling
Kathleen is available for counseling over the ‘phone if you find it difficult to get to any of the practice addresses. This works quite well, and can be backed up with some email homework. I have had many years of experience in psychological counseling and use Cognitive Behaviour Therapy which research shows is most helpful in assisting clients to identify unhelpful thinking and behaviour patterns. I also teach strategies for change, and provide support as the client makes positive changes. Click for more info
